Services Overview Gain provides algorithmic trading management services by connecting Bitcoin and USD-denominated accounts to trading strategies through our partnered regulated broker, Tradeview Markets. Gain is not a broker, financial institution, or licensed investment advisor.

Fees and Payments Gain charges a 30% performance fee on profits generated through our managed trading strategies. There are no management fees, entry fees, or exit fees. Fees are automatically deducted from the trading account.
No Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gain is not responsible for:
Financial losses, missed opportunities, or account performance.
Technical failures, system errors, or downtime from third-party providers, including brokers.
Any decisions you make based on information provided by Gain.
Account Security You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Gain is not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to negligence.
Third-Party Relationships Gain operates in partnership with Tradeview Markets but is not responsible for their actions, policies, or regulatory compliance. You agree to review and accept Tradeview’s terms separately.
Termination of Services We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if we suspect abuse, violation of these Terms, or illegal activity.
