Onboarding Process

Welcome aboard!

Follow the steps below to set up and fund your account to start trading with Gain AI.

  • STEP 1

Open an Account with Tradeview Markets

Use this link to begin: Open Account

  • Choose whether you're registering as an individual or a corporation.

  • Select your country of residence.

  • Choose Tradeview Financial Markets S.A.C. (Global) as the broker.

  • STEP 2

Select Your Account Type

Make the following selections:

  • Market: Forex and CFDs

  • Account Type: ILC

  • Platform: MT4

  • Currency: USD

These apply whether you’re using Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USD.

  • STEP 3

Open an Account with Tradeview Markets

You’ll be asked to upload:

  • Proof of Address

  • Proof of ID

⚠️ Make sure the address you enter matches exactly with the one on your document.

  • STEP 4

Convert your USD account to a BTC or ETH denominated account (skip this step if you want your account denominated in USD).

Once approved, log in to your Client Cabinet to manage your account.

To convert to Bitcoin or Ethereum:

  • Email Demar Ruiz at druiz@tvmarkets.com, and CC hi@gain.ai.

  • Request to convert your USD trading account to BTC or ETH.

  • Include your account number in the message.

  • Once converted, your balance will be displayed in EBC (Ethereum) or BBC (Bitcoin).

Note:

10,000 EBC = 1 Ether

10,000 BBC = 1 Bitcoin

  • STEP 5

Fund Your Account

  • Go to the Deposit tab in your Client Cabinet.

  • Choose your deposit currency: BTC, ETH, or USD.

    ⚠️ Crypto deposits must come from a private wallet, not an exchange.

  • Select the correct account number.

  • Enter the approximate USD value of your deposit.

  • Start with a test transaction of $100+.

  • Once credited, send the remaining amount.

  • Enter the transaction hash after sending.

    This ensures your deposit is credited correctly and quickly.

  • STEP 6

Connect Your Account to Gain AI

Once funded:

  • Email Demar Ruiz at druiz@tvmarkets.com, and CC hi@gain.ai.

  • Request to join Gain AI

  • You will receive two agreements:

  1. Gain Waiver
  2. Tradeview LPOA
BTC LPOA
ETH LPOA
USD LPOA

  • Sign both and return them

  • Onboarding Completed

    Your account will start to receive the trading operations from Gain AI. Tradeview will send daily statements so you can track your accounts progress. You can also track the accounts real-time progress via our auditor Myfxbook.
