2. Services Overview
Gain provides algorithmic trading management services by connecting Bitcoin and USD-denominated accounts to trading strategies through our partnered regulated broker, Tradeview Markets. Gain is not a broker, financial institution, or licensed investment advisor.

3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Not use our services for any unlawful activity, including money laundering or fraud.

4. Risk Acknowledgment
Trading financial instruments involves significant risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that:

  • Gains and losses are possible, and there are no guarantees of profitability.
  • Gain does not control market conditions, and trading outcomes may vary.
  • You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

5. Fees and Payments
Gain charges a 30% performance fee on profits generated through our managed trading strategies. There are no management fees, entry fees, or exit fees. Fees are automatically deducted from the trading account.

6. No Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gain is not responsible for:

  • Financial losses, missed opportunities, or account performance.
  • Technical failures, system errors, or downtime from third-party providers, including brokers.
  • Any decisions you make based on information provided by Gain.

7. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Gain is not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to negligence.

8. Third-Party Relationships
Gain operates in partnership with Tradeview Markets but is not responsible for their actions, policies, or regulatory compliance. You agree to review and accept Tradeview’s terms separately.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
