Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gain Enterprises (“Gain,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide transparent and professional services to our clients. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before using our services.

  1. No Refund Policy Due to the nature of our services, all fees paid to Gain, including but not limited to performance fees, are non-refundable. Once a performance fee has been deducted from a client’s account, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
  2. Service Cancellation Clients may choose to discontinue our managed trading services at any time. There are no lock-in periods, and clients maintain full control of their brokerage accounts. To cancel our services, clients must notify us via email or through our official communication channels. Additionally, clients must notify the broker by email that they wish to discontinue following the trading operations of Gain. They must also request that all open trades be closed and that their account be disconnected from the Gain master trading account.
  3. Broker Withdrawals Since trading accounts are held with a third-party broker, all deposits and withdrawals are managed directly through the broker. Gain does not handle client funds or process withdrawals. Clients must adhere to the broker’s policies regarding fund withdrawals and account closures.
  4. Exceptional Cases In the event of an error in fee calculation or deduction, clients must notify us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the case and, if deemed appropriate, process a refund or adjustment at our sole discretion.
  5. Changes to This Policy Gain reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
